Privacy Policy
OnClarity, PBC (“OnClarity,” “we,” “us”) operates the website at onclarity.ai. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have. We do not collect Protected Health Information (PHI) on this marketing site. Use of the OnClarity product, when generally available, is governed separately and requires a Business Associate Agreement.
What we collect
- Information you submit. When you request a call or sign in, we collect your name, work email, organization, role, organization size, denial volume, current software, and any free-text comments you provide.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records IP addresses, user agents, and request paths for security and operational diagnostics. Logs are retained for 30 days.
- Cookies. The marketing site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Future authenticated areas may set strictly necessary session cookies; that policy will be disclosed here when applicable.
What we do not collect
- Protected Health Information (PHI) or electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI) on the marketing site.
- Patient identifiers, dates of service, claim numbers, or any HIPAA-regulated content.
- Children's data. The site is not directed at individuals under 18.
How we use what we collect
- To respond to inbound inquiries and schedule calls.
- To send you product updates you request, with the ability to unsubscribe in every email.
- To improve the site and the product.
Third-party processors
- Loops.so (email service). When you submit the contact form, your submitted information is transmitted to Loops to power transactional and product emails. See Loops privacy policy.
- Hosting provider. The site runs on infrastructure operated by Hetzner Online GmbH.
Retention
We retain inquiry data for as long as the relationship is active and for up to 24 months after the last interaction unless you request earlier deletion.
Your rights
Depending on where you reside, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Security
We use industry-standard transport and at-rest encryption with our processors. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe an incident has affected your data, contact security@onclarity.ai.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above; we will not retroactively reduce your rights without notice.
